• Course content not accessed beyond 10%
• Technical issues preventing course access
• Duplicate payment errors

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are non-refundable:

• Digital downloads after access
• Live session recordings
• Test series after attempt
• Subscription fees after the trial period

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team
2. Provide order details and reason for refund
3. Allow 5-7 business days for review
4. Refund will be processed to original payment method

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered for:

• Bundle purchases where some content is accessed
• Technical issues affecting part of the course
• Pro-rated subscription cancellations

5. Refund Timeframe

Once approved:

• Credit/Debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
• Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
• UPI refunds: 3-5 business days
